THE BEST SUMMER HOUSING ON CAPE COD

    One of the most difficult aspects of spending a summer on Cape Cod is securing an affordable place to live.
Moby Dick’s has gone above and beyond all other restaurants in Wellfleet by providing the BEST rental housing for all our employees who need it.

Moby Dick’s owns a number of properties in Wellfleet, all within walking or riding distance to the restaurant. All units have a full kitchen, TV, radio, linens, towels, and are fully furnished. Coin operated laundry facilities are available on the premises. 

The houses and cottages are all different sizes and each unit holds from 2 to 6 people. All rooms are shared between 2 people. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and pets of any kind are not allowed. Housing is for Moby Dick’s employees only. If you have family and friends come and visit, we can give you information on local rentals, motels, and bed and breakfasts where they can stay. All residents are required to sign an agreement to comply with the housing policies.

 Rent is $170 a week, which includes all utilities. Upon successful completion of your work agreement (dates agreed to work) and a checkout inspection (to make sure there is no damage and the place is clean) we will refund $25.00 for every week worked.
